This is very cozy property that had the carpet removed and has vinyl flooring along with tile throughout the home, the home has been very well maintained and it shows. The house does have foundation issues that have been quoted at around 8k to repair, the seller was told that the foundation problem is only in the garage and the living space does not seem to be affected by the issue. other than that the property is very nice and located about 5 minutes from 183, about 20 minutes from downtown Austin and about 10 minutes from the circuit of the americas
