In a report by the Statesman, Gables Residential is moving forward with their longterm plan to construct downtown apartment high-rise on the northeast corner of Guadalupe Street @ 4th Street. The latest addition to the concept is the inclusion of the popular boutique hotel concept Hotel ZaZa.
According to the Statesman:
Summary of the project:
– 25-story tower on West 4th, between Guadalupe and Lavaca
– 215 luxury apartments
– Austin’s first Hotel ZaZa with 160 rooms
The site is located just south of Plaza Lofts and is currently a surface parking lot.
