An Inside Look at Fifth & West

Last night, I had the opportunity to take a brief tour of the Fifth & West luxury residential tower project construction site. The tower will top out at 39 stories, but this tour only took us as high as seven — enough to get a good look at the view from the building’s pool deck, which is probably the most important part anyway.

We’re excited to see further progress on the tower, which features a striking triangular design thanks to my old friend, the Capitol View Corridor. That CVC will also protect many of the building’s impressive views, which is a pretty sweet deal — it was probably worth having to design around it. Plus, who doesn’t like triangles?
